4F: Fast Fashion? – Fast Forward!

On Friday, November 29th, at 7 PM, we will be hosting a presentation of the 4F (Fast Fashion? – Fast Forward!) project at the Klara i Rosa House (Petefi Šandora 15). We invite teachers, educators, trainers, and youth workers interested in sustainability who would like to incorporate educational materials, games, and comics on sustainable fashion into their work with young people. The materials will be available in English, and partly in Serbian and Hungarian.

We all own and wear clothes—some more than others—and most of us enjoy experimenting with how we dress, whether it's to feel good about ourselves or to impress others. We often wonder which clothes make us feel most like ourselves, or what we should wear to look different. But how much do we really know about the fashion industry, from its origins to where the clothes we buy today come from? And what impact does this have on the rest of the world? When we stop to think about it, something as everyday as getting dressed raises many important questions. As part of an international project, a large team has focused on gathering these questions and providing answers, or creating tools that help us reflect on them. The goal is to move toward a more beautiful and sustainable fashion culture, with practical advice and guides. All materials are available for free. This project is aimed at educating young people, using their language through games, comics, and educational resources that can be integrated into both formal and informal education. We will present the results of this project on November 29th at 7 PM. You’ll have the chance to explore the materials and join us for a separate event to play the games.

4F - Fast Fashion? Fast forward! is an Erasmus+ project that aims to raise awareness about the fashion industry.
