AGORA: LOVE IS NOT AN EMOTION

On Wednesday, June 26 at 7:00 PM, we will meet in the park near the Gymnasium for the next Agora to open a dialogue on the theme "Love is not a Feeling." Join us!
.
The discussion will be led by Boris Čegar, a philosophy professor.
.
"Are feelings (emotions) outbursts of our immortal soul or chemical-physiological movements in our mortal body? Whichever of the two opposing viewpoints we choose, does it all relate to love? Who can better testify to love, poets or physiologists, theologians or psychologists, astrologers or sexologists...? Is love a term we use for different, and sometimes even opposing, experiences? What, for example, is the difference between romantic love and love for God? Is there something common in different types of love? Does each type of love have its own pathology..."
