COURTYARD GALLERY: NIKOLA ZAKLAN - MUSIC
On Saturday, March 30, 2024, starting at 12:00 PM in the Courtyard Gallery (Korzo 1), an exhibition of works by Nikola Zaklan titled "Music" will be opened.
.
"Music, an indispensable part of every day of my life, happiness, sadness, excitement, everyday life, work, rest, existence... everything is accompanied by music. A concert is an opportunity to experience it, one on one or five out of a hundred thousand... to listen to those creators as they transmit it to you and everyone, and let it carry you wherever it may go. And I am fascinated by how they manage to do it. I don't dance, I listen and watch them, it was natural for me to want to draw them. And so it began, I go to concerts to draw musicians.
.
A festival is like a roller coaster: it involves sudden jumps, drops, and turns, thereby causing an adrenaline rush, and yet the ride is safe because there are seatbelts that ensure a safe journey. The works before you were created at festivals, each piece is signed by the musician who is on it, they liked them, I hope you will too."
