Training for Cultural Managers
Desk Creative Europe Serbia is organizing a free two-day training titled "Developing Project Ideas for International Cooperation in the Cultural Sector," scheduled for December 5–6, 2024, at Klara i Rosa in Subotica (15 Šandor Petefi Street).
This training is open to 20 participants and is aimed at institutions and organizations from Subotica and the surrounding area, with a special focus on national communities. The goal is to support participants in developing project ideas for the upcoming call for European Cooperation Projects under the Creative Europe program. Anyone interested in international cultural cooperation is also welcome to join.
During the training, participants will be introduced to the fundamentals of the Creative Europe program, including its objectives and horizontal principles, while exploring successful project examples. Interactive workshops will guide participants through the development and refinement of project ideas. The program also includes practical advice on budgeting, methodology, and finding partners. A key part of the training will involve presenting project ideas in a World Café format, allowing for feedback and discussion with peers and experts.
